UK Orders Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of payment being received. We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail 48 Tracked, with delivery typically within 2–3 business days of dispatch. Please be aware that we cannot give a target time for delivery to some of the more remote postcodes.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your parcel, in line with Royal Mail rates.

As each piece is individually handmade, please allow a little extra time during busy periods such as Christmas and holidays.

International Orders (Europe & Selected Countries) International orders are fulfilled via our global shipping partner. Delivery times vary by destination. Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there are no surprise charges on delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged Items All orders are carefully packed to protect your glassware during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your parcel with photographs of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
